Here is your Louisburg Sports Zone Athlete of the Week for week three, sponsored by Dixon Contracting Services


THAD HENDRIX, JUNIOR, WRESTLING

Louisburg junior Thad Hendrix put on a nice performance in front of the home fans Saturday during the Wildcat Classic. Hendrix won the Louisburg tournament at 106 pounds and helped the Wildcats to a second place team finish. Hendrix was 5-0 on the day with five pins and was one of eight Wildcats to finish in the top four.

The athlete of the week winner will be announced every Wednesday morning throughout the winter season. The winner is selected by Louisburg Sports Zone with the help of nominations from coaches.
