Here is the Louisburg Sports Zone Athlete of the Week for week three of the fall sports season, sponsored by Landmark Bank.

BEN WIEDENMANN, JUNIOR, FOOTBALL

Louisburg junior running back Ben Wiedenmann had a big game on the offensive side of the ball last week as he led the Wildcats to a 38-12 win over Baldwin. Wiedenmann carried the ball 26 times for 231 yards and three touchdowns as all his touchdowns came in the first half.

The athlete of the week award is announced every Wednesday morning during the fall season and the winner is selected by Louisburg Sports Zone with the help of nominations from coaches.
