Week 4 Athlete of the Week: Levi Cotter

Here is the Louisburg Sports Zone Athlete of the Week for week four of the fall sports season, sponsored by Dr. Laura’s Orthodontics.

LEVI COTTER, SOPHOMORE, CROSS COUNTRY

Louisburg sophomore Levi Cotter set the pace for the Wildcat boys cross country team at the Ramsey Invitational last Thursday at Prairie View. Cotter finished second overall and was one of three Wildcats to finish in the top 10. He ran a time of 18 minutes and 31 seconds and was less than two seconds off the winning time.

Cotter medaled for the second straight week after earning hardware at the Wellsville Invitational back on Sept. 19.

The athlete of the week award is announced every Wednesday morning during the fall season and the winner is selected by Louisburg Sports Zone with the help of nominations from coaches.
