Week 7 Athlete of the Week: Anthony Davis

Here is the Louisburg Sports Zone Athlete of the Week for week seven of the fall sports season, sponsored by Elliott Insurance Group.

ANTHONY DAVIS, SENIOR, CROSS COUNTRY

Louisburg senior Anthony Davis found himself among the best runners in the Frontier League last Thursday during the league meet in Tonganoxie. Davis finished 15th overall with a personal best time of 17 minutes and 53 seconds. His finish also earned him honorable mention all-league honors.

The athlete of the week award is announced every Wednesday morning during the fall season and the winner is selected by Louisburg Sports Zone with the help of nominations from coaches.
