Here is the Louisburg Sports Zone Athlete of the Week for week six of the winter sports season, sponsored by Louisburg Family Dental.

CADE HOLTZEN, JUNIOR, WRESTLING

Louisburg junior Cade Holtzen had a successful week for the Wildcat wrestling team as he made the finals of the Baldwin Invitational. Holtzen, who wrestles at 126 pounds, finished the week with a 4-1 with all four victories coming by pin and finished second. His lone loss was an overtime defeat to the No. 5 ranked wrestler in the state. Holtzen currently has a 25-2 record on the season.

The athlete of the week award is announced every Wednesday morning during the winter season and the winner is selected by Louisburg Sports Zone with the help of nominations from coaches.
